In summers, you should wear loose fitting cotton clothing. The
reason is that in Delhi heat, body tends to perspire a lot and that makes this
type of clothing perfect.
In case you are coming in winters, carry lots of woolen clothing with you. The
weather of Delhi in peak winters is quite chilly and if you are thinking of
roaming around the city, then, make sure that you are fully covered and warmed.
You can even try wearing traditional Indian clothing like Salwar-Kameez, as they
tend to be very comfortable.
Dress conservatively while visiting the religious places in Delhi and the areas
of Old Delhi.
Comfortable shoes and sandals will prove to be very helpful, especially if you
are thinking of visiting the numerous monuments in the city or plan to do a lot
